Shipping Process

• Products will be shipped within 1 to 3 days from the date of receiving order
• We allow two modes of shipping- Free delivery and Cash on Delivery(COD).
• Free delivery is only for online payments and for COD we charge a minimum amount.
• You can check availability of shipping methods to your location by entering your pincode in cart/checkout pages.
• If you see only Free delivery shipping method in cart page, then COD is not supported in your location. We can arrange for COD in these parts but it will incur extra charges.
• Shipment will be tracked in every step and updated in your account dashboard. You will have to login and check your My account dashboard for your shipment details
• Your Order status will be ‘Processing’ after order placement and ‘Shipping’ after shipment and ‘Completed’ after your received your product.

How to Request Returns:

Return request for shirts can be made by one of the following methods:

1. If your have signed up before, login to your account–>go to ‘orders’–>select your order and select ‘Return’
2. You can contact us directly using the contact information given in the contact us page and raise a return request.

Eligibility:

• All Shirts are eligible for free return/replacement, within 15 days from delivery, in an unlikely even of wrong product delivered or physically damaged.
• Shirts can be exchanged for a different size/colour.
• Shirts are eligible for a full refund subject to prior ascertainment by Jack Vault.

To Do:

• Please keep the item in its original condition with manufacturer packaging, accessories, price tags, warranty card and other accompaniments for a successful return pick up.
